The Black Arts District will announce the launch of the Historical Photography Project archive and you're invited!
 

When: Saturday, November 20th from 12:00pm - 3:00pm

Where: Arch Social Club, 2426 Pennsylvania Avenue Baltimore, MD 21217

What: The Historical Photography Project archive is an exciting interactive and accessible online library and oral history tool that documents Black cultural memory in West Baltimore!

We invite the community to bring photos from your personal collections that tell the history of Pennsylvania Avenue. We'll share stories about living, working and frequenting arts and entertainment venues on Pennsylvania Avenue or in West Baltimore.

Who: We'll facilitate a community conversation with Rosa Pryor-Trusty, Charles Tilghman Jr., Kendrick Tilghman, and Webster Phillips.

How Much? This event is FREE to attend. Food will be served, and there will be a cash bar available.
